Q: How much does it cost to send a message through VerticalEmail.com?
A: Commercial Real Estate professionals may send and receive unlimited messages through VerticalEmail.com by purchasing an annual subscription for $225.00 per year per agent. You will be billed upon registration.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: Go to the Register page on this site.
1. Enter your contact information.
2. Choose which messages you want to receive "By Market" and "Property Type".
Q: Who receives messages sent through VerticalEmail.com?
A: Commercial real estate professionals that have registered to receive specific categories of information in specific market areas. The number of professionals depends upon the number signed up for your market area. We will be adding a notification email to give the sender an exact count delivered.
Q: Can I send listing information to markets outside of listing market?
A: No. Recipients choose what Market and Property type they wish to receive.
Q: Can I send Requirement messages markets outside of my market?
A: Yes. If you have a need in multiple markets you can send to all applicable markets.
Q: Do I have to re-type a message each time I send it?
A: No. You can quickly look up Old Messages and copy and paste the text into the new message window.
Q: How often can I send the same message?
A: You may send the same message no more than once every three weeks.
Q: Can VerticalEmail.com send a message for me?
A: No. You must log in and send your own messages.
Q: Can I attach anything other than Acrobat or JPEG files with my message?
A: No. Anything other than Acrobat or JPEG files are automatically discarded. The text portion of the message will be delivered.
Q: Can I find messages delivered in the past?
A: Yes. You can view Old Messages by Market and Property Type.
